Our chocolate-covered snacks are made with natural ingredients and may melt in warmer temperatures. If your chocolates arrive melted, just place them in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to firm up. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place to prevent melting.
4. How should I store my Naturanic snacks?
Store freeze-dried fruits and chocolate-covered snacks in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Reseal opened packages to keep snacks fresh, and refrigerate chocolate products if exposed to heat.
5. Do your products contain palm oil or artificial ingredients?
No, all of our products are made with clean, organic ingredients and contain no palm oil, artificial additives, or preservatives. We believe in pure, natural snacking!
6. What is your shipping policy?
We offer a $7.99 flat rate for shipping and free shipping on orders over $70. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and you'll receive tracking details once your order ships. Shipping times may vary based on your location.
7. What should I do if my order is incorrect or damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 30 days with a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist with a refund or replacement.
